Company Overview:
PE Property Management Group is a full-service real estate and turn-key general
contractor construction company that specializes in acquiring and renovating
distressed properties in Baltimore City for the benefit of our investors.
Acquisition:
Each week, our agents search through hundreds of properties, finding deals and
calculating returns. Because we take the time and the responsibility to do our due
diligence, we find the most profitable deals to sell to our investors. If an investor is
looking for specific criteria (i.e. multifamily vs single family), we pair that investor
with an agent who is most qualified in that sector.
Construction:
As a turn-key general contractor, we pride ourselves on our ability to effectively find, plan and execute our investors' vision. This includes managing the construction process from start to finish, and all the hurdles that go with it. Our management team has over 30 years of combined experience in the construction industry, from projects as small as a bathroom remodel to multi-million dollar design-builds for commercial and public clients. Our team has the expertise and network to complete your project on time, within budget and to your full satisfaction. We are experienced in building durable properties for tenants to keep your investment ready for the long haul. Once your investment is ready for tenants we handle all property management.
